Since focusing on my training properly and learning new eating habits I have dropped over 10 kilograms of weight, gained strength, I am less stressed due to work commitments, sleeping 8 solid hours every night, and full of energy. This has made a huge impact on my business, family life and most importantly the way I feel.
My fitness, strength, health, emotional wellbeing and mindset have all improved. I’m doing things I never imagined to be possible for me! I love looking back through my training journal and seeing how far I’ve come in a relatively short period of time. This is really a big deal for me because I honestly never thought these were things I would ever be able to do.
Since training my core is definitely much stronger, overall I have more energy, I have lost weight, and am definitely lifting a lot more weight, so I’m stronger. I’ve noticed it’s making a difference to improved lower back despite my hours in front of a computer. Ashton makes sure I have the correct form and technique, and I feel that it’s accelerated my progress.
