The best hour of your day. CrossFit is a training program used by everyday people to get stronger and fitter than they ever thought possible. The program consists of one hour classes lead by an experienced coach, who will teach you how to master weightlifting, gymnastics, and various forms of cardiovascular fitness. Our motto is: “If you train and eat like an athlete, you will look and feel like one.” Strong, lean, and full of energy to take life on. CrossFit has been successful in changing so many lives because it provides a structured program, coaches to ensure you’re training correctly, and a motivating and supportive environment.
Our CrossFit teens program is empowering the next generation to value living a lifestyle of health and fitness. Our program runs one session per week for six weeks and progresses the teens through fundamental movements. Our program is lead by coach Jojo Barnes, fully qualified CrossFit and CrossFit kids coach. Our premium service. We personally coach you each session to ensure you’re doing exactly the right training for your specific goals. This is great for individuals who are time poor and wish to do a few sessions a week, have a very specific goal for sport of performance, or someone who wants to build confidence in their training before starting with group fitness. We work together and provide education on training practices, nutrition, and lifestyle habits. We keep you motivated and ensure you are constantly progressing toward your goals. Personal training is also a great tool for our athletes to spend 1 on 1 time with a coach to get extra help with that skill they are trying to master.
1 hour stretching class to help with mobility, flexibility, and recovery.
Open gym is time that the box is open to come in and work on extra skills, individual strength, do a makeup session if you missed a workout, or just come in for a coffee and to roll out.
